Here, at Walter Hill First Baptist Church, we believe communication is a key in a growing family.  We have needs of communication in our walk with Christ, as well as in our fellowship with each other. 

God has given us the ability to communicate to Him through prayer.  We are also given the hope in His promise to not only be heard, but receive what we ask for in the Lord.  As it says in Matthew 21:22, "And if you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."  We believe in the power of prayer.  This is why we produce a list of weekly prayer requests in the bulletin.  It is also why we have created the Prayer Board.  To view recent prayer requests, add a new prayer request, or update an answer to prayer, simply click the "Prayer List" link below.

We are also given the capability to fellowship amongst each other and share our ideas and concerns.  It is written in 1 John 1:3, "What we have seen and heard we also declare to you, so that you may have fellowship along with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ."  Understanding helps a family grow strong.  For this reason, we have produced a Message Board.  To post a question, idea, comment or respond to one already posted, click on the Memo Board link below.
